Banking Union Agreement will Help Boost Growth by Stabilising Europe's Financial Institutions and Avoiding Burden on Taxpayer

A hard-fought Banking Union agreement reached between the European Parliament, Council and the Commission will place the burden of failing banks on investors and not the taxpayer.
