German Constitutional Court Judged with a European Spirit, Says Chairman of EPP Group

Joseph Daul, Chairman of the EPP Group, in the European Parliament said, "I retain the sense that it was a European decision towards more Europe. Because it could have been real chaos this morning if that court decided the contrary; that is that Europe doesn't exist, that we depend on the court of a country."
