ECJ rejection of Hungary and Slovakia action against asylum seekers mandatory relocation is a positive signal-2
Today’s decision is positive because solidarity is underlined by the European Court of Justice. And now, it opens the door for the future discussions. We have to find a longstanding solution for the migration flows, and we have to fix the solidarity mechanism in Europe. Hopefully, today is a start of such a fruitful discussion.
